In 1993 Bill started his career in real estate while a Senior Partner in a privately held Investment/Merchant Banking firm. It was through that firm that Bill had his first real estate investments, Tax Liens, Deeds and Certificates as well as Mobile Home Parks. In 1997, real estate became Bill’s full-time occupation and at that time he began buying single family homes in his personal portfolio. An Internationally sought-after speaker/trainer Bill has written two National Best Selling books in the “Are You DUMB Enough to be RICH?” series with a third book in the works. Having spent seven years hosting radio’s nationally syndicated “Real Estate NOW! with Bill Barnett” Bill has earned the moniker, "America’s Trusted Real Estate Advisor."
Bill is the father of three great men. He attended the University of Alabama where he played football for Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant. Bill also spent two seasons on the Pit Crew of and Indy Racing League Team as well as working with many of the top country music acts. How did all of this happen… because he is a real estate investor, first and foremost!
